Samvit Buildcare Pvt. Ltd. is a company registered under the companies act with the Registrar of Companies since 1997. Prior to this, promoter was a Civil Engineer with the Roads & Buildings Department, Govt. of Gujarat. After resigning the post on gaining a few years experience, he was engaged in Civil Construction activities with his own proprietary concern.
Samvit brought the concept of offering AMC services to the buildings like masonry, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and allied services which was a new concept for the city. In the first year of its operation itself the new concept had wide acceptance and about 1000 yearly members were formed. On giving satisfactory and prompt service to the clients the clientele grew steadily and gained popularity with the flat owners, office owners in the city of Ahmedabad.
As time passed by and looking to the need of the society the company diversified into two main divisions, viz.
Organizational Process of Training & Orientation:
Looking to the need of the day, where experienced craftsmen are a rare commodity, in every field, in the market today. Samvit has set up its own training college to tide over this situation by name of Samvit Education & Research Academy, (S E R A), in the year 2010. SERA takes care of "in-house training" as well as "on the job training" to Samvit's employees as well as other students in various Vocational Training Courses. The Academy is managed by Prof. Suresh Chincholkar along with his team of committed, well qualified, experienced lecturers & trainers who mould the students in all aspects in their trades, grooming.
Through relentless & committed efforts of the management, staff & as per the market research we have been able to add very good courses to our basket of Vocational Trade products.
